The Stars evened their record at 1-1 with a 2-1 defeat of Millis on Thursday night. Sage played middie in the first half and had several nice runs with the ball. She assisted on the first goal with a nice cross pass to her Striker. In the second Sage anchored the defense. They turned every Millis attempt back and preserved the victory. She took two corner kicks and dropped the ball right in front of the net, but the Millis defense was able to clear the ball out of the goal box.
Games keep coming as the team plays Sunday and Monday night. Next weekend's game is home if anyone is looking for a Saturday morning activity.
